In March 2016, in celebration of Women’s History Month, De’Leice followed a deep sense of purpose and hosted the first Women’s Empowerment conference call. Since launching this vision, she now hosts a monthly call exclusively for women, creating space for connection, encouragement, and growth.

Since then, De’Leice published her first book, Life IS…, and created an exclusive online group for women to gather, connect, and grow alongside like-minded individuals. The Life IS...community is a safe and welcoming space that continues to inspire, uplift, and transform many lives through shared experience and mutual support.
